Bilstein 5100 shock leaking oil
WebNov 6, 2024 · Previously, I swapped out the stock shocks with the Rancho RS7000MTs, but they've gone bad on my twice (leaking fluid). I am considering putting in the Bilstein 5100's on all around, with the front having the part number 24-186018. My truck is stock height...and I do pull many trailers (ranging from maybe 5,000 to 16,000 lbs). WebAug 21, 2024 · Bilstein 5100 shocks I put Bilstein 5100’s on my 2016 SD when it had 35k miles and it was the best thing I ever did to that truck, it rode better than the day I drove it off the lot. I’ve only got 3k miles on my 2024 and I want to put the Bilsteins on it but I can’t find any 5100’s for a stock height truck. The closest I can find is for a 2” lift.
