My 2024 Pacifica is also throwing the P000B code I have taken it to be fixed now the 5th time. I have had the R/R Cam Phaser Syl and Timing Solenoid replaced, a cam phazer clean and relearned the cam and crank. Light goes off for about 2 days then right back on.

Clean the gas fill neck to be sure its not causing a gas cap issue. Put a small amount of silicone grease on the gasket to help seal and to protect the gasket from wear.
