I have a Supercharged prolaunch blue 55R shaft and was heating the tip to replace the Ping sleeve for a Taylormade M2 sleeve unfortunately i heated too long and the tip is damaged. I would have to trim about 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch off to the undamaged shaft.
