WebJan 19, 2024 · I did upgrade to from FN 11.3 to TrueNAS 12 but wasn't monitoring the fans prior to the upgrade so not sure if it's related. ipmitool user password is ok as i'm able to run the ipmitool command and change the configuration. i'm running ESXi 6.7 with FN/TN as VM, see full specs at my signature. WebApr 30, 2010 · Hi all, I was trying to reset ILOM through the ipmitool and got the following errors: $ ipmitool -H sbbrtrsc714 -U root bmc reset cold Password: Error: Unable to establish LAN session ipmi_lan_send_cmd failed to open intf Sent cold reset command to MC. I can ping the SP without problem: $ ping -a sbbrtrsc714 sbbrtrsc714 (172.22.105.122) is alive.
